AI visibility audits for aesthetic clinics

Someone just asked AI for the best med spa in your city. It didn't say your name.

ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity now hand out a shortlist of two or three clinics. We test what they say about yours, show you who they name instead, and give you the fix list.

SOCi 2026

Page one of Google is no longer the front door.

A search engine gave your patient ten links and let them choose. An assistant gives them one answer and two alternates. If you're not in it, you were never in the running — and it never shows up in your analytics, because the visit never happened. Ranking well on Google is no guarantee you're in that shortlist: in SOCi's 2026 study, only 45% of the top-20 retail brands on Google were also top-20 in AI recommendations.

Pricing

Priced like one slow week, not like an agency.

Agencies quote $1,000–$2,500 a month at the small-business entry level, and $2,000–$10,000 above it. That's a reasonable price for ongoing work. It's a lot to spend just to find out where you stand.

Questions owners actually ask

Isn't this just SEO with a new name?

Partly, and I'd rather say so up front. A good share of what moves AI visibility is local SEO fundamentals — accurate listings, review volume, structured data — applied to surfaces your SEO report doesn't measure. What's genuinely different: assistants return one recommendation instead of ten links, they weight review ratings and third-party corroboration heavily, and crawler access is a failure mode that doesn't exist in classic SEO at all. If your current provider already covers this, the audit will show that and you get refunded.

Can't I just ask ChatGPT myself?

You can, and you should — tonight. You'll get one answer to one phrasing on an account that already knows you, which quietly biases it. The audit's value is volume and neutrality: sixty phrasings across six assistants from clean sessions, plus the diagnosis of why.

Do people actually book from an AI recommendation?

Not directly, in most cases, and I won't pretend otherwise. BrightLocal found 97% of people who use AI for local recommendations cross-check them against real reviews before deciding. So treat this as a shortlisting layer: being in the shortlist is what gets you to the review-reading stage, and being absent means you never get considered. That's what the audit measures — whether you make the shortlist — not bookings.

Do you fix it, or just tell me what's wrong?

The Scorecard is a diagnosis. Most of the first week — listings, crawler access, an FAQ section — is work you or your front desk can do for free, and it's written that way. If you'd rather hand it off, say so and we'll scope it separately.

Can you guarantee I'll show up?

No, and anyone who guarantees it is lying. Placement in these answers can't be bought. What you get is exactly why you're not there and what to do about it, in order. Listing and crawler fixes can move in weeks; reviews and citations take a quarter.

Why trust a new company with this?

Because the report shows its work. Every claim is a screenshot of an assistant's actual answer or a link to your own live listing — verifiable in an afternoon. And if you're already visible, you get your money back.

Two days from now you'll know whether AI sends patients to you or past you.

Two minutes at checkout — your website, your city, and who you're up against. Then we start.
