The AI Visibility Scorecard is a one-time research report, priced at $397. We run a fixed set of test queries against AI assistants — ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Microsoft Copilot and Google AI Overviews — and record whether and how your clinic is described. We also review your public business listings and your website's markup.
You receive a PDF containing a 0–100 visibility score, a comparison against up to three competitors, a listing and crawler check, a map of the sources the assistants cite, and a ranked list of recommended fixes. Screenshots of the assistant answers are supplied alongside it.
The Watchlist is an optional subscription at $149 per month. It re-runs the same tests monthly and reports what changed. It requires a completed Scorecard first, and you can cancel any month.
Your Scorecard is emailed within 48 hours of purchase, to the address used at checkout. Nothing further is required from you — the website, city and competitors you entered at checkout are all we need.
If we cannot deliver within 48 hours for any reason, we will tell you before the deadline and you may take a full refund at that point.
Beyond that: if you are not satisfied with the report, email us within 14 days of delivery and we will refund you. We may ask what fell short, because it helps us, but a refund does not depend on your answer.
Watchlist subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the current billing month. We do not pro-rate part-months.
Assistant outputs are non-deterministic. Your report is a snapshot of a specific date, run in clean sessions without login personalisation. Directional findings — a blocked crawler, an inconsistent listing, a large review-volume gap — are stable and are what the recommendations are built on.
Much of the recommended work is sound local SEO practice applied to AI surfaces. We say so plainly in every report. The value we offer is knowing which of it actually affects being recommended, and in what order.
We provide no medical, clinical, legal or financial advice of any kind. Treatments, safety, outcomes and compliance remain entirely your responsibility.
At checkout we collect your email, name, business name, clinic website, city and neighbourhood, and optionally the competitors you name. We use these solely to produce and deliver your report.
Your clinic's name and results are never published, quoted publicly, or used as a case study without your written permission.
The report is licensed for use inside your business. You may share it with your staff, your web developer or your marketing agency. Please don't resell it or republish it publicly as your own work.
